Stone Villa Umorni Kosac – what we offer
The Villa itself is combination of old Mediterranean stone house style with modern interior and exterior elements. Upper floor has 80m2 with living room, two bedrooms ( one on the gallery ), bathroom and sauna. On down floor there is rustic dining room with full kitchen. There are two terraces, one 40m2 on the down floor, and another one 25m2 on the upper floor, providing excellent view on the town of Bar, and sea view.
Villa is placed on 1650m2 of property. There is basketbal playground, green areas, and Pool.
Arround 30m away, down with tiny path there is 10000m2 of meadows with fruit trees on it, from which you can eat directly season fruits, part of property (arround 4000m2) is Oak forest with big old trees, just after there is more meadows with the fruits and small water stream passing through, all available for your’s joy and bound with pure nature.
Have a relaxing vacation in quiet suburban neighbourhood, away from the towns noise, but still close to everything.
Four kilometers from the nearest beach, same distance to rustic Old Town of Bar and eight kilometers from the center of city.
In close vicinity -Walking distance (less than 1 km) you can find two Restorans with national food, Pizza Pub with Pool tables, and Markets with all you need.
